Return Policy

Returns Conditions
All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. 

You may return any item purchased on sagehouselabel.com within 7 days of the delivery fulfilment date by dropping us an email at sagehousethelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will do our best to assist you from there. 

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be declined. 

Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
